Order IDs and status meanings
Distinguish payment, processing and outcomes.

How it works, step by step
- Open My orders; use search, status filters and pagination. Open a row’s details for its number, service, target link and available information.
- Waiting or Paid means payment received and awaiting processing; wallet paid confirms the credit debit. Processing or In progress means submitted or executing.
- Completed records completion; Partial means incomplete delivery and requires support. Refunded records a refund: also check the payment method or wallet ledger. Needs attention means a paid order needs investigation; do not pay again.
- Draft, Awaiting payment and Payment pending do not confirm purchase. Canceled and Failed indicate interruption or failure; these may appear in payment flows or API responses rather than paid history.
Important
Web history includes confirmed paid and refunded orders. For API calls, retain the numeric order ID from add, not the descriptive web order number.
