3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable fees.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never store or see your card details.
  • Orders are processed automatically after successful payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary by service and are shown on each service listing.

4. Refund Policy

  • If an order has not started processing, you may request a full refund by contacting support.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for partially delivered orders.
  • No refunds are provided for fully delivered orders.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the order date.

5. Service Guarantees

  • Services marked with "Refill" include an automatic refill guarantee for the period specified.
  • We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes on any platform.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand and platform conditions.

  • Content that violates third-party rights
  • Fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices

We never request your social media passwords. We only require a public link to your profile or post. You are responsible for providing accurate URLs and information.

Nexwa is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms regarding your account. Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
