How it works, step by step
- Drop means metrics decrease after delivery, for example when a platform removes followers or interactions. Completion does not guarantee permanence.
- Refill is replenishment only where offered and within the service description and coverage period. Read these conditions before buying.
- A service without refill does not include automatic replenishment. Refill does not imply unlimited cover or automatic refunds.
- For web orders, contact support with the order ID and observed difference. API orders can use refill when accepted for that order.
Important
The web order list has no refill button. Avoid repeated requests or replacement orders before support reviews the issue.
